With close to five decades of experience in the smelting and furnace industry, Vilas Ghalsasi laid the foundation of the company in 1986 with a clear belief: India could build world-class furnaces grounded in engineering integrity.

Tushar Ghalsasi leads Ghalsasi with a strong blend of engineering expertise and global management perspective. A mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Australia, he has been contributing to the company’s growth and evolution for over 22 years.
